We are based at Shop No. UGS-6 on Campbell Road in Lucknow. Our spot is right at the Azad Nagar Chowraha in Balaganj, so it’s a place that most people in the neighborhood know well. We are quite close to the Vijaya Bank branch. Buynrents.com is basically us helping folks with property stuff, whether they want to find a place to live or a spot for their shop. It’s a small office, nothing fancy at all. Just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and papers. Lucknow is a big city and it’s always changing, so we spend a lot of time just keeping track of what’s available. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering the phone and talking to people who walk in off the street. Some days it’s really busy and we’re juggling three things at once, and other days it’s quiet enough that we just sit and drink tea. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sell people on big ideas. We just show what’s on the market and help with the paperwork. The chowraha is always loud with horns and people, which is just part of the daily life here. We’ve been at this shop for a while, and we like being part of the Balaganj community. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
