Our place is Mig 31 in the Lda Clyaish Bagh colony. It’s a typical residential layout where we’ve set up Blackpix Technologies. We’re not in a high-rise office building. It’s a more grounded setup. We work on various tech projects, mostly things involving software and digital stuff. The office is basically just a few rooms with desks and a lot of power strips. It gets hot in the summer, so we have a couple of noisy fans going all day. We started this company because we wanted to do something on our own. Aish Bagh is a well-known area in Lucknow, and being in the LDA colony gives us a bit of a permanent feel. We don't have a big team. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We don't do fancy advertising. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. Most of our day is spent in front of monitors. We take breaks to walk around the colony or grab a snack. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It’s a simple way to run a business. We try to do a good job so we can keep the doors open. There’s always something new to learn in tech, so we stay busy trying to keep up. It’s not fancy, but it’s our own thing and we like it.
