Our office is located at No. 09 Mangalpuri, right off Ismail Ganj on Faizabad Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty loud with the traffic outside. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and fans running. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. We handle various info system tasks at Bizz Shine, sitting at our desks and looking at screens for most of the day. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone. We usually take lunch together or go out to one of the stalls on Faizabad Road when we need a break from the monitors. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just sit around talking until it’s back up. It’s a practical workspace, not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the big cities. We have old files stacked in the corner and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. People come in from all parts of the city to work here. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to get the technical stuff done without making too much of a fuss. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the Ismail Ganj area over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is always a lot to manage, but we take it one day at a time, just like any other small business on this road.
