Bajajsoft

If you head over to the Aashiyana Power House Chauraha, you’ll see Rajshree Plaza. We are on the top floor, in Office No. 3. Being on the top floor means we get a bit more light, but it also means it’s the warmest part of the building during the summer. We are Bajajsoft, and we spend our days staring at screens and typing out code. It’s a small team, so it can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused on a project. Every now and then, someone will make a joke to break the silence. The office is full of old computer parts and boxes that we haven't quite found a place for yet. We have a view of the Chauraha from our window, so we can see the traffic jams forming in the evening. It’s a good reminder of when we should head home. The power house nearby is a big landmark, so we never have to give long directions to anyone. The building itself is a bit worn down, and the stairs can be tiring if the lift is being cranky again. We usually order lunch from the small stall down the street because they make decent samosas in the area. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine, just a basic kettle and some jars of biscuits. It’s a plain, hardworking space where we try to solve problems without making a big fuss about it.
