Ayoma Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is over at Plot No. 35-A in the Bahadurpurphoolbagh Coloney. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a nice spot in Lucknow, 226021. The colony is mostly houses and small plots, so it feels very grounded. We are in a single-story building that we’ve converted into our workspace. There’s a small patch of grass out front that we try to keep tidy, though the summer sun makes that hard. Inside, it’s mostly just one large room where we’ve set up our stations. The Khasra No.11 location is easy enough to find once you enter the colony. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at the gate. You just walk up to the door and knock. Usually, there is a lot of chatter going on between the desks as we work through different projects. We have a water cooler in the corner that makes a glugging sound every few minutes, which is sort of the soundtrack to our day. The air conditioner works most of the time, but we keep the windows ready to open just in case. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way because we can talk to each other without sending emails. We’ve been in Uttar Pradesh for a while, and this Lucknow office is where everything happens for us. It’s simple, honest work in a quiet neighborhood where people actually know each other.
