Aspire Realty Ventures Private Limited is right in the middle of things in Hazratganj. We are on the third floor of Block B in the Jugals Emerald building, specifically Flat No. 301 A. Hazratganj is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. You can hear the city humming all day long. The office itself is pretty standard for a real estate firm. We have a couple of cabins and a main area where we keep the records. It is a bit crowded with all the files we have collected over the months. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished corporate look. It is just us working through the listings and meeting with people who want to move into the area. The building is okay, but the elevator is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones and typing out emails. It is a lot of back and forth with buyers and sellers every single day. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of sticky notes and a big whiteboard with dates on it. Being in Hazratganj means we are close to everything, which is handy for meetings. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We keep the kettle on for when people drop by to sign papers.
