Architecture & Design Consortium

Architecture & Design Consortium is basically our little office here in Lucknow. We are situated at 569/B-37 Barigwa, right on the Kanpur Road. Most people around here know we are near the N B Complex, so it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. It’s not some fancy glass building or anything, just a practical space where we do our work. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and talking to people who want to get something built. Sometimes the traffic on Kanpur Road gets a bit crazy, which can make it a bit of a hassle for people to get to us, but that’s just life in this part of town. We are just a group of people who like figuring out how to make buildings work. There is no big reception desk or anything. Just some desks and a lot of rolled-up papers everywhere. My own desk is usually covered in blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We try to be direct with everyone who comes through the door. Lucknow has been growing so fast lately, and it’s interesting to see all the new stuff popping up. We just do our bit in that whole process. We handle the design part and try to keep things moving along. It is a busy area but we like the energy. Usually, someone is here by nine in the morning, unless we are out at a site.
