Application Software Consultants is tucked away in Rajaji Puram. We are on the first floor of building E 3294. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to us. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of typing and some quiet conversation. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us sitting at our desks. The first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is mostly residential with a few other small businesses mixed in. We’ve been here for a while and the office has that lived-in feel. There are stacks of manuals, some old computer parts in the corner, and a lot of power strips. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a tech startup from a movie. It’s a real office where people come to solve problems and write code. Rajaji Puram is a nice area to work in because it doesn't feel too rushed. We take our lunch breaks nearby and know most of the people in the building. Our day-to-day is pretty simple: we arrive, we get to work on the software, and we stay until the job is done. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist, just us and our computers. People find us because they need help with their systems and they know we are here.
