It is a standard office building, nothing too crazy. We have our desks set up and we spend most of our time staring at screens and talking to each other about tech problems. Lucknow is our home and we like being based here. The office isn’t very large, but it is enough for what we need. We do not have any of those fancy perks like a gym or a cafeteria. We usually just go out and grab some local food when we get hungry. It is a very straightforward environment. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar. We are just regular workers who know a lot about IT. We have been at this Rpjm location for some time now. It is a central enough spot that getting here is not too much of a hassle for the staff. We like to keep things informal. If someone needs a break, they just take one. We do not have a lot of strict rules, as long as the work gets done and the clients are okay. It is a practical way to run a business in Uttar Pradesh. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and do decent work from our office.
