Anand Swaroop Tripathi is the name on the door here at 10, Aishbagh in Lucknow. We are situated right near Moti Jheel, which is a landmark most people in this part of the city know well. The office is a simple setup where we handle various bits of paperwork and meet with people who come by throughout the week. Lucknow has a way of being both slow and fast at the same time, and Aishbagh definitely feels like that most days. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desk, answering the phone, and keeping track of different files. It is not a very large space, and sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always wiping down the furniture. Being near Moti Jheel Aishbagh means there is always something going on nearby, whether it is people heading to work or the local tea stalls getting busy in the evening. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the wall. It is just a place where work gets handled day by day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and other times it is quiet enough to take a long lunch break. It is a practical way to run things, and we have been at this location for long enough that the neighbors all know who we are.
