Alpha Events & Promotions

We are located right in Hazratganj, tucked into the Oriental Motor Compound at number 54. If you know the Darulshafa building or Janpath Market, we are basically right across from there. It's a busy spot in Lucknow, always something going on outside our door. Alpha Events & Promotions started because we liked putting things together for people. It isn't always easy, sometimes the tents don't arrive on time or the weather in Lucknow gets a bit wild, but we manage somehow. We handle all sorts of stuff, from small family get-togethers to larger things for local businesses nearby. Most days you’ll find us on the phone or sketching out where the stage should go on a piece of scrap paper. We don't have some big fancy corporate lobby, just an office where we get the actual work done. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past while they’re out shopping in the Hazratganj area. We’ve been here a while now. We know the local vendors and which streets get blocked during festivals. It helps when you’re trying to move heavy equipment around at the last minute. We just try to make sure things go okay for whoever hired us. It's mostly about making sure the chairs are there and the lights turn on. If something breaks, we fix it. That's how it goes here. We don't use big words to describe it, we just do the physical work and the planning that goes into a decent event.
