Alice Frontier Llp is out on I.I.M. Road in Lucknow, specifically Plot No 5 in Allu Nagar Diguriya. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which gives us some space to breathe. We’ve got a decent setup here, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we need. Lucknow-226021 is where we’ve planted our roots. The team is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves, focusing on the projects that come our way. You won’t find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just have our desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles, and a lot of cables running everywhere. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the weather, and we all have to take a break, but usually, we’re pretty productive. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to do a good job so people come back. It’s a lot of practical work, day in and day out. We talk about the projects over lunch, which we usually order from a place nearby. It’s a straightforward way to live. We’ve learned that being honest about what we can do works better than promising things we can't. So, if you're ever down I.I.M. Road, that's where you'll find us, probably arguing about some technical detail or another.
