99GHAR PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for 99Ghar Private Limited is located at 83 and 84 in the Density Home Colony. It is out in the Banthara area, which is a place that is always changing. We have a lot of space here since we have two units side by side. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where you can hear the kids playing outside and the local vendors going by. Inside, we have some desks pushed together and a few computers that have seen better days. We deal with property stuff, which means there is a constant stream of documents and maps lying around. Sometimes the Lesa power station nearby means we have to deal with some electricity issues, but we have a backup for that. People from the colony often stop by just to say hello or ask about what is happening with the local land prices. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what is available in the neighborhood. The Banthara air is a bit dusty because of all the new construction, but we like being where the action is. It is just a plain, honest workspace where we handle our daily tasks. We stay late most nights getting the files in order, making sure everything is ready for the next day of meetings.
