We run the Warkari Agro Producer Company Limited from Pangaon, which is part of the Renapur tehsil in Latur. Our specific location is House Number 1534/33. It’s a very traditional village setup. We are a group of farmers from this area who saw that we were all running into the same problems every year. Instead of just dealing with it individually, we decided to get organized. We don't have a fancy office or any big machinery of our own. Most of our meetings and work happen right there at the house in Pangaon. We spend our time figuring out which seeds to buy and how to get them at a better price by ordering for everyone at once. Then comes the part where we have to sell the harvest, which is always the biggest challenge. Having this company helps us talk to buyers with a bit more strength. It involves a lot of manual work, keeping the books, and making endless phone calls. We are just regular people from Renapur trying to do what's right for our families and our neighbors.
