Vishwasahyadri is run out of Dyaneshwar Phulchand Londhe’s place in Bheta. That’s in the Ausa taluka of Latur. We are a small group of farmers who decided it was better to work as a team than to try and do everything alone. It’s a quiet village, and we like it that way. We don't have a big office building or any fancy signs out front. Mostly, we just meet on the porch or in the main room to discuss our plans. Farming in Latur has its challenges, especially with the rain being so unpredictable. We spend a lot of time worrying about that. This company is our way of looking out for each other. We handle the paperwork ourselves, which can be a bit slow sometimes because we’re more used to being in the fields than behind a desk. We aren't here to give you a polished speech. We’re just honest people trying to make a living. Sometimes we run out of tea when visitors come by, and we aren't always the best at keeping the office tidy. But we know our crops and we know our neighbors. We’re just a bunch of locals working together in Bheta. It’s not a complicated setup. We just want to get through each season and make sure everyone gets their fair share. If you’re ever in Ausa, you can find us at Dyaneshwar’s house.
