Suryareddy Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at the home of Dayanand Namdevrao Aradwad in Ahmadpur. We are located right opposite the Civil Gov Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find the place. It’s a busy spot with people always coming and going from the hospital. Our office is just a room in the house where we keep all our records and meet with the farmers. We are a producer company, which means we spend a lot of time trying to organize things so everyone gets a fair shake. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of talking. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just say things as they are. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, and we’d much rather be out in the fields than sitting at a desk. Ahmadpur is our home, and we know the people here well. We try to help out where we can, sharing advice and resources among the group. It’s not a perfect system, and we make mistakes, but we are honest about it. We don't use big words or try to sound important. We’re just a bunch of neighbors working together to make the farming life a bit more sustainable. It’s a slow process, but we’re sticking with it and seeing where it takes us in the end.
