Sundar Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at C/O Rangrao Ingale,Hs. No. 08 Chikalthana, Tq. Dist. Latur. We are right there at Rangrao’s place. Latur is known for being a bit dry, so we have to be very careful with how we use water and what we decide to plant. Most of us in this group have been working the soil for decades. We started this company because we realized that if we worked together, we could get better seeds and maybe find better ways to sell what we grow. It is just a few of us from the local area. We meet at Rangrao’s house to talk things over. It’s not a fancy setup, just some chairs and a table where we keep our books. The village of Chikalthana is small, and everyone knows each other. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just want to make sure that our families can keep farming for another generation. Sometimes the weather doesn't go our way, and that's when being a group really helps. We share the risks and the rewards. It’s a lot of physical labor and many long hours in the fields. We are proud of the work we do here in the Latur district. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing what we've always done, just now we have a proper company name for it. It takes patience to make this work, but we are used to that.
