We operate out of Ganjur in Latur. Narayan Vitthal Munde’s place is where things started for us. Latur is a big place for farming, but here in our small pocket, we just focus on getting things done for the crops. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just some people who know the soil. Mostly we spend our days talking to the neighbors about the weather and what is growing. Being a producer company means we are just a group of local folks trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes the rain helps and sometimes it doesn't. We keep a simple setup. If you come by the address in Ganjur, you will see it is just a regular spot. People think these companies are complicated, but for us, it is about the seeds and the harvest. We do not have a big marketing team. It is mostly just us working through the seasons. The heat in Latur can be tough during the summer months, but that is just part of life here. We do not try to act like we are from the city. We know our land and we know the families around here. It is hard work, but someone has to do it to keep the fields going. We stay busy with the day-to-day stuff, looking at the crops and making sure the equipment is working. It is just a local effort.
