Shivling Shivacharya Producer Companylimited is located in Shiruranantpal. We’re based out of Gurunath M. Galbale’s place here in the Nilanga taluka. Being in the Latur district, we’re surrounded by farms. A group of us decided to form this company to help manage our agricultural work better. We didn't want to keep doing everything separately and struggling with the same old problems. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet up after being out in the sun all day. We handle things like buying supplies in bulk and trying to find better places to sell our harvests. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dirt on our clothes and ink on our hands from all the forms we have to sign. Shiruranantpal is a small place, so we know most of the people we work with personally. We’re just trying to make the most of what we have. Some years are better than others, depending on the monsoon. We don't have any big marketing strategies.
