Poshinda Agro Producer Company Limited is based in Koyachiwadi. It’s a small village in Nilanga Taluka. We are set up at house number 597, which is Dnyanoba Hanmant Yarole’s house. Latur is our district. It’s a place where everyone knows their neighbor. We started this agro company to help the local farmers get their products out there. We aren't professionals in suits. Most days we are wearing our work clothes because there’s always something to move or check on. The 413513 area is mostly farming land. We keep our office simple. A few chairs, a desk, and a lot of registers. We deal with the day-to-day grind of agriculture. It’s not glamorous. There is plenty of mud when it rains and plenty of dust when it doesn't. We talk to the other farmers in Koyachiwadi and see what they need. Dnyanoba is usually around if anyone needs to ask a question. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a social media manager. We just have our names and our word. Being in Latur-Latur gives us a sense of pride because it’s a tough region for farming sometimes. We just keep pushing forward. The work doesn't stop, and neither do we. It’s just how things are done in this part of the country. We are just local people working for our families and neighbors. The house is old but it serves us well for now and that is what matters.
