We started Pangeshwar Mahila Farmer Producercompany Limited right here in Pangaon because the women in our village needed a way to work together. It’s located near the bus stand, just behind Bhagvat Raghunath Motade’s place. Most of us have been farming our whole lives, dealing with the weather and the soil every single day. Being out here in Renapur, things aren't always easy, but we manage. We spend a lot of time talking about crops and how to get things moving. It’s a small operation, really. Just some local women trying to figure out the best way to handle our produce without getting lost in the shuffle. Latur is a big place, but our little corner in Pangaon is where everything happens. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. It’s mostly just us meeting up, looking at what we've grown, and trying to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. Some days are busier than others, especially when the harvest is coming in and everyone is rushing around. The bus stand nearby stays loud, but it helps us get around when we need to. We just take it day by day, working the land like we always have, but now we do it as a group. It feels better that way, knowing your neighbors are doing the same work and facing the same dry spells or rain. We’re just local people doing what we know best in this part of Maharashtra.
