Pandurang-Rukhmini Agro Producer Company Limited

Our place is over at Subhash Pandurang Pawar’s in Talani, which is part of the Ausa area in Latur district. Pandurang-Rukhmini Agro Producer Company Limited is basically just us local folks trying to handle our crops better. It gets really hot out here in Latur and the farming isn't always a walk in the park. We spend most of our days out in the fields or just sitting around talking with the other farmers about what seeds we should use this year. There isn't much to say about us really. We are just regular people from the village who make a living from the land. Subhash stays busy keeping all the bits of paper and stuff organized at the house. Sometimes the weather doesn't go our way but we just keep at it anyway. We deal with all sorts of crops depending on what time of year it is. It's a lot of physical work and we don't get much rest when it's harvest time. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just a simple setup where we can meet up and figure out where our produce is going to go. People in the village know where to find us. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work under the sun. It's a long road from planting to selling and we're just here in the middle of it.
