Niruti Agro Producer Company Limited

Our base is at Ghar 106, Nivrutti Nivas, right near the Hanuman Temple on Kolunoor Road. It's in Malhipparaga, which is part of the Jalkot area. Being close to the temple means everyone knows where we are. We set this up as an agro producer company to help with the farming around here. It’s not a corporate office with desks and chairs for everyone; it’s more like a hub for the local growers. We spend our mornings discussing the rains and our afternoons looking at the supply. The road out here can be a bit rough sometimes, but it doesn't stop us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the work done and make sure the harvest is handled right. Some of us have been farming this land for decades. We decided that forming a company would make things a bit more official when we sell our stuff. It’s a small team, mostly family and neighbors. You’ll usually find someone at the house if they aren't out in the fields. We don't have any flashy slogans. We just work the ground and hope for a decent return. It’s a slow pace of life in Jalkot, and we like it that way. No one is in a rush, unless it’s to beat the rain during the harvest season, which keeps us on our toes.
