Netfarms Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Wanjarkheda. If you are looking for us, we are located at Shri Dhondiram Hanmant Kadam’s place. It’s a local spot in the Latur district. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. Most of our work happens right here in the village. Latur is known for its farming, so it made sense for us to set things up in this area. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or meeting with other folks from the post. It’s a practical setup. We handle the daily tasks as they come up. Some days are busier than others, especially when the harvest is near. Being a producer company means we have a lot of bits and pieces to organize, but we keep it simple. There isn't any fancy talk here. We just speak plain English and Marathi when we are working. The office is really just a part of the house where we keep our files and meet up. It’s quiet in Wanjarkheda most of the time. We like it that way. Everyone knows everyone else, so word of mouth is how most people hear about what we are doing. We just focus on the farming and the business side of things without making it complicated. It's a real way to live and work.
