We are Mihir Seeds Crop Private Limited, located out in Omarga K, in the Shirur Tajband area of Latur. Most of us here have been around seeds and crops since we were kids. Latur can be a tough place for farming because of the water situation, so we focus a lot on what we’re planting. We aren't a huge multinational company with a fancy glass building. Our setup is pretty simple, right here in the village where the actual farming happens. We spend our days checking on the crops and making sure the seeds we’re dealing with are actually good enough for the soil here. It’s dusty and hot most of the year, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use a lot of big words or have a complicated hierarchy. If someone has a problem, they just walk in and we talk it out. We started this because we saw a lot of farmers struggling with bad supplies, and we thought we could do something about it ourselves. It's a lot of manual work and late nights, especially during sowing season. We’re just a small team of locals who care about what grows in our fields. We make mistakes sometimes, and things aren't always perfect, but we're honest about what we do. It’s about the land and the people living on it, trying to make things a bit better for everyone involved in the harvest.
