Manopadam Agro Producer Company Limited

We operate out of House Number 44 in Fawadewadi, which is part of the Renapur tehsil in Latur. It’s basically Manohar Gitte’s place, and it’s where we do all the planning for Manopadam Agro. Latur is known for its farming, and being right here in the middle of it makes sense for us. We don’t have a big warehouse or a corporate building. It’s more of a home-based operation where the neighbors drop by to discuss the price of seeds or the latest harvest. We’re just a producer company made up of people who actually live here and understand the ground. The roads out here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but we make it work. Most days involve a lot of tea and a lot of talking about how to get things from the field to the market without losing too much value along the way. It’s a slow process sometimes, and we don’t always have all the answers. But we’re learning as we go. We focus on the crops that grow well in this soil. There’s no big secret to what we do; it’s just about being there every day and making sure the work gets done properly. It feels more like a community effort than a business most of the time. We are just simple people trying to make a living from what the land gives us.
