It started because a few of us here in Udgir were tired of working alone. We handle things from Manoj Shankarrao Patwariloni’s place in Loni. Latur weather is tough, so we figured we should pool our resources. We’re just local farmers. Most days we are out in the dirt, but we have to handle the paperwork too. It’s not fancy. We help each other with seeds and selling what we grow. Sometimes the rain doesn't come, or the market prices drop, and that's why we registered this company. It's just a way for us to have a bit more say in how things go. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space at the address mentioned. People come by to talk about crops or fertilizers. We’re learning as we go. It isn't always smooth, and we make mistakes with the forms and the logistics. But it's better than being on our own. We focus on the crops that grow well around here. If you are looking for us, we are right there in Udgir. We don't spend money on advertising because we'd rather spend it on the farm. It's just us trying to make a living and keep the farms going for the next generation. That's really all there is to it. No big secrets. We've lived here all our lives and this is just how we do things now to keep the land profitable and our families fed.
