Latur Manjara Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Block Number 01 in Hyderabad Colony. We are right on Ambajogai Road in Latur, 413512. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they come into town. We started this company to bring together farmers from the Manjara river belt area. It’s a group effort. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and talk shop. We spend a lot of time discussing irrigation and the different types of seeds that work best in our part of Latur. Sometimes the office gets busy with people dropping in to ask questions. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly rely on word of mouth between the farmers. The road outside can get quite loud with all the trucks passing through toward Ambajogai. We’ve been working on this for a while, trying to get organized so we can sell our produce more effectively. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some things work, some don't. We aren't professionals in suits. We are just people who know the land and want to do better for our families. It’s hard work, but being together as a producer company makes it a bit easier to handle the big buyers. We are just a small team trying to make a difference for the local growers. The Manjara river is really our lifeblood.
