Our office is located at H. No. 12/1 in Ambulga, which is part of Nilanga. We named the business Late Sheshrao Bapurao Shinde Agro Producer Company Limited to honor someone who cared a lot about this land. It is a quiet area, mostly fields and small houses. We do not have a big sign or a glass building. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a wooden table figuring out how to get the local produce to the markets. Nilanga is a place where everyone knows your name, so news travels fast among the neighbors. We work with the growers nearby, mostly people we have known our whole lives. Agriculture is the only thing we really know. It can be stressful when the rain does not come on time, or when there is suddenly way too much of it.
