Kisankeerti Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Kisankeerti Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located in the Latur district. We operate out of C/O Dattatray Vaijanath Shinde’s place at Dhoki, near the Chincholi Ballalnath post. Latur can be a very dry place, and we all know how much the weather affects everything we do. This company was started by farmers who wanted to work together instead of trying to handle everything alone. We don't have a typical office setup. Instead, we meet up at the house or out in the fields to discuss what needs to be done. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle the crops and the selling for a bunch of people in the Dhoki area. There is always a lot of talk about the rains and the market prices. Sometimes we have meetings under the shade of a tree because it’s cooler than being inside. We don’t have a fancy website or anyone to do our branding. We just focus on the day-to-day work of farming and getting our products to the market. The road to Chincholi Ballalnath can be a bit rough, but we are used to it. Most of us have lived here our whole lives, so we know the land better than anyone else. It’s not an easy life, especially when the water is low, but we keep at it because it’s what we know. We are just a bunch of farmers trying to make things work together.
