It's a lot of coordination and hard work. Being in Wadwal means we are right in the thick of it all. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the books and meet up with people. We spend a lot of our time talking to the local growers about their crops. Some seasons are better than others, honestly. When the rain doesn't come on time, things get stressful for everyone in the village. But that's just how farming is. We help out with the collective side of things. It’s better than everyone trying to do it alone and getting nowhere. The house where we operate from is well known in the village so you won't get lost. Latur can get very hot, especially in April and May. We just keep the fans running and stay busy with the work. There are a lot of challenges with transport and getting fair prices. We try to handle those bits as a group. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We aren't looking to expand into some big city office. We are happy right here in Wadwal doing what needs to be done.
