We are based in Wadgaon, which is a small part of Nilanga in Latur. If you look for us, you’ll find us at Sambhaji Mane’s place. It’s not a big corporate building or anything fancy like that, just a regular spot where we get our work done. Most of us here have been farming these lands for a long time, way before we decided to put a name on what we do. Latur gets pretty hot during the summer, and the water is always something we have to think about every single day. We spend most of our time out in the fields or talking to the other guys about what seeds are working this year. It’s hard work, and sometimes the prices in the market don’t really make us happy, but we keep at it because it’s what we know. We started Jaikapishwar Agrotech just to see if we could do things a bit better together. There’s always someone stopping by the house to ask about something or just to have some tea and talk about the weather. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just want to make sure the crops grow and we can support our families without too much trouble. It's quiet here most of the time, except when it's harvest season, then everyone is rushing around trying to get things loaded up. That’s just how life goes for us in Nilanga.
