Hogade Agro Producer Company Limited

We started this small company right here in Ramling Mudgad. It's mostly just us working together from the house at number 556. Madhukar Mallikarjun Hogade is the one who handles a lot of the day-to-day things. Being in Latur, we deal with the crops and the seasons every single day. Farming isn't always easy, and that's why we decided to get organized. It helps when everyone puts their heads together. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just the usual village setup where people stop by to talk about the harvest or what seeds are working this year. Nilanga is a quiet place, but we stay busy with the fields. Sometimes the rain is late, or the market prices are down, but we just keep going. It’s hard work, getting dirt under your fingernails. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We just want to make sure the work we do in these fields actually means something for the families around here. If you come by the post office area, you’ll find us. It’s a group effort, really. We spend most of our time out in the sun, not sitting behind a desk. That’s just how life is in the Nilanga taluka. We take things as they come and try to keep the business side of the farm running okay. It’s about the soil and the crops we grow right here in our own backyard.
