Most of us here have been farming these lands for as long as we can remember. Latur has its challenges, especially with the water situation, so we decided it was better to work together than to struggle alone. This company is basically just our way of pooling our resources. When one of us needs something, the others try to help out. We use the house as a base for our meetings. It gets pretty crowded in there when all the farmers show up at once. It’s a lot of long days in the fields and short nights.
