Hindbhumi Agro Ahemadpur-Chakur Taluka Producer Company Limited is at Dhaswadi. We are located at Shivaji Bhagwanrao Kshrirsagar’s house in Ahmadour. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. We just have a fan and some chairs. Shivaji is the one who manages the place. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers from the Ahemadpur and Chakur areas. That is our community. We started this company because we wanted to have a way to work together. It’s not always smooth. There are plenty of days when we are stressed about the paperwork or the finances. But we keep at it. The house in Dhaswadi is where everything happens. It’s a busy place during the planting season. We don't have any polished speeches or fancy goals. We just want to get through the week and make sure everything is handled. We speak simple English and don't try to sound like big city businessmen. We are from Ahmadour and we are proud of that. We just do the work that needs doing every single day.
