Harivitthal Farmer Producer Company Limited started right here on Main Roadganj Golai in Latur. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to get together to handle our work better. Dnyanoba Nivarti Shelke's place is where we mostly coordinate things. Latur is a busy spot, especially around the market area, and being part of this group helps us get our crops out there. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some local guys trying to make farming work in this district. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and what’s growing in the fields around the tehsil. Sometimes things are tough with the rains, but having this company helps us stay organized. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a farm, like seeds and getting things to the mandi. It is a lot of hard work, honestly. People know us around here because we’ve been part of this community for a long time. We aren't looking to be some giant corporation, we just want to keep things moving for the families involved. It’s pretty straightforward. We meet up, talk about the harvest, and figure out the next steps for the season. Being based in Ltr gives us a good central point to gather. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it local and keeping it real. We all know the soil here can be tricky, but we manage somehow.
