Gramsrushti Shetkari Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of C/O Ganpat Dadapat Khadapat’s place in Omerga. Being in the Latur district, we are surrounded by a lot of history and a lot of farming. The address 413512 is our home base. It’s a simple setup because we don’t see the point in spending a lot of money on a fancy office. Most of the time, we are out in the fields or meeting people in the village anyway. The house belongs to Ganpat Dadapat Khadapat, and he’s been kind enough to let us run the company from there. It feels more like a community gathering spot than a business sometimes. We have people dropping by at all hours to talk about their crops or the weather. Sometimes we sit on the porch and just talk through the problems the local farmers are facing. It’s a slow process, building something like this, and we’ve had our fair share of mistakes along the way. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us, some notebooks, and a lot of patience. The roads around Omerga aren't always the best, so getting things moved takes time. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a very local operation, and we like it that way because we know everyone by name and they know where to find us.
