Gokulasth Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at A-51 in the Additional MIDC area of Harangul Bk. This is in the Latur taluka. Being in the MIDC area means we are surrounded by other small industries and warehouses. It is a bit more industrial than a typical farm, but we are still all about the farmers. The office is a simple unit where we handle all the logistics and paperwork for the group. Harangul village is nearby, and many of the people we work with come from there or the surrounding parts of Latur. The space is functional, with metal roofing and concrete floors. It can get a bit loud with the noise from neighboring units, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have any plush carpets or expensive furniture. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of things, like how to get the produce from the farm to the market efficiently. Most of us who work here are from this area, so we know the local challenges well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who drive in from the nearby villages. It is a busy spot, especially during the harvest season. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily workload without any fuss or complicated plans.
