Gavlaxmi Agro Producer Company Limited

Our place is located in Talegaon, which falls under the Deoni tehsil in Latur district. We use House Number 10, and if you’re looking for us, you’ll find us at Shri Shankar Bhaurao Patil’s residence. That’s where Gavlaxmi Agro Producer Company is registered and where we do most of our talking. It’s a very traditional setup. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just local people from the Latur area trying to organize our agricultural produce better. The weather here can be quite dry, so we spend a lot of time discussing water and crop yields. Being a producer company helps us deal with the bigger markets that an individual farmer might struggle with. We don’t have a website or anything fancy like that, we just work with what we have. Most of our meetings happen on the porch or in the main room of the house. It's a very practical way of doing things. We know all the families around Talegaon and they know us.
