Budhoda Agro Producer Company Limited is based at Saudagar Dhondiram Kadam’s place in Budhoda. We are in the Ausa taluka of Latur district. It’s a local group of us who decided to team up to handle our farming business better. Latur can be a tough place for farming because of the water situation, so we try to stick together. We don’t have a big fancy office building or anything. We mostly meet up at the house or out by the storage sheds to talk about the crops. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We focus on what our members are growing and how to get it moved out to where it needs to go. There is a lot of paperwork involved with being a producer company, and we handle that as best as we can. It’s mostly just us neighbors trying to make the most of what we have. If you come to Budhoda, anyone can point you to where we are. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the farming work pays off for everyone involved. Sometimes the prices are bad and we have to wait it out. That’s just part of the life here. We’re just a bunch of locals doing the work that’s been done here for years, just more organized now. We don't need a lot of fuss to keep the company running for the village.
