Baltaru Agro Producer Company Limited

We operate out of Janwal, which is part of the Chakur tehsil in Latur. Our main point of contact is at Hanmant N. Sabde’s house. We named ourselves Baltaru Agro because we wanted something that sounded like it belonged to the earth. Being in Janwal, we are a bit far from the big city lights, and we prefer it that way. Most of the people involved here are just local farmers who wanted a better way to manage their sales and supplies. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just get up early, see what the weather is doing, and start our work. The office at Janwal is where we meet to discuss which crops are doing well and who needs help with their transport. It is a lot of manual labor and honest talk. We know each other's families, so there is a lot of trust in how we handle the money and the goods. Latur has its ups and downs with the climate, but we have lived here our whole lives, so we just adapt. We are just a bunch of guys trying to make the farming life a bit more stable for everyone in our small circle. No one is getting rich quick, but we keep moving forward day by day. It is a simple existence, but it is ours and we take pride in the work we do.
