You can find us in Aurad, specifically at the place of Hanumandas Dwarkadas Ladda. We are the Aurad Farmer Producer Company Limited. Being in the Nilanga area of Latur, we are surrounded by fields and hard-working people. This whole thing started because we wanted a better way for farmers here to organize themselves. It’s not always easy being out in the rural parts, especially when it comes to getting supplies or selling what we grow. Our office is just a part of the house really, where we keep the folders and have our meetings. We talk about stuff like soil quality, rain patterns, and which crops might do better this year. Latur 413521 is our home, and we’ve lived here all our lives. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big staff. It's just a handful of us who know the land and the people. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to meet with other farmers in different villages under the Nilanga tehsil. It’s a slow process building something like this, but we aren't in a hurry. We just want to make sure that the people who do the actual work on the farms get what they need. It’s a plain, simple life, and our company is just a reflection of that. We’re just local folks trying to do right by our neighbors. We try to keep things running even when the weather isn't helping us much.
