Advika Shetkari Producer Company Limited

We are a group of folks running Advika Shetkari Producer Company Limited. Our setup is right here in Ujani, which is in the Ausa area of Latur. It is mostly farmland around here. We work out of the village at the post office area. Most of us grew up in Maharashtra and know how the soil works. It is not some fancy office in a big city. We just deal with the daily stuff that comes with being a producer company. People come by and talk about their crops or whatever else is going on in the district. It gets dusty sometimes, and the roads aren't always great, but it is home. Latur is a tough place for weather but we make it work. We spend our time trying to figure out the best way to handle the farming side of things without making it too complicated. It is just a bunch of local people working together. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we keep moving. Being in Ausa means we are right in the middle of everything we need for the fields. It is simple work, and we like it that way. No big speeches here, just some locals trying to earn a living and help out around the village. We’ve been here a long time now and don't plan on leaving.
