Aadityaraj Foods Private Limited operates out of the Prakash Nagar area in Latur, right near the Datta Mandir. Our place is at 59/B/2, 129, and there is always something going on here. Latur gets incredibly hot during the summer, so we usually start our work very early to avoid the worst of the sun. Since we are in the food business, we spend a lot of time checking on supplies and managing the inventory. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few chairs, a large table, and plenty of ledgers because we still like to keep our records on paper. Being so close to the temple means we hear the sounds of bells and people walking by throughout the day. It gives our workplace a nice, familiar feel. We are not a giant corporation; we are just a local team focused on producing food products. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure out a solution on the spot. There are no corporate handbooks here to tell us what to do. We just use our experience and work hard to keep things moving. Most of our staff live nearby, so we have a good understanding of what people in this region like. It takes a lot of long hours and effort, but we enjoy being part of this industry. It’s a very practical way to make a living.
