We are located at House No 183 in Al-Hasnat Colony, which is over in the Toli Chowki area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a quieter spot than some other parts of the city, which suits us just fine at Merittrac Services. We’ve been working out of this house for a while, and it feels more like a home than a traditional office. We handle various services and tests, so there’s usually a lot of coordination going on between the team members. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out or we have issues with the phone lines, but we’ve learned to deal with those little hiccups as they come. The neighborhood is nice, with trees and local shops nearby where we often grab a snack during the day. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or complicated mission statements. We just show up in the morning, check our emails, and get to work on whatever needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. We like the fact that we are tucked away in a colony rather than being in a noisy commercial building. It allows us to focus on the tasks we have in front of us without too many distractions from the outside world.
