Marjaan Stone Traders

Marjaan Stone Traders is based in Janaki Nagar, specifically at 8-1-366/B/4. We are in the Toli Chowki area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops. Our place is where we keep our stone stock. It’s not a massive warehouse, just a decent-sized space where we store what we sell. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who live around here. Toli Chowki has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. The street can be narrow, so when a truck comes to drop off stone, it can get a bit tight. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. We just show you the stone as it is, sitting there in the yard. We aren't sales people with scripts. We just tell you what the stone is and where it came from. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we manage. We have a small table where we keep our ledgers. Everything is done by hand mostly. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for Marjaan Stone Traders. We know our neighbors and they know us. It’s just a local trade business. We don't pretend to be anything more than that. We just handle the stone orders as they come in. We like the area and we like the people we deal with every day.
