ROYALASEEMA ASSOCIATES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located on the 1st Floor of a building in United Colony, Balaji Nagar, over in Kurnool. Royalaseema Associates (OPC) Private Limited is a small operation. Being an OPC, it’s mostly one person running the show with a bit of help here and there. The office address is 4-31-7A, and it’s a pretty standard setup for a local business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The focus is strictly on property and real estate within the Kurnool area. We’ve been around this part of AP for a while, so we’ve seen how the neighborhoods have grown. Most days involve a lot of walking around different sites or sitting at the desk going over legal papers. It’s not the kind of work that makes for a flashy story, but it’s important to the people we help. We don’t use any marketing tricks or try to sound like a big company from the city. We are just local people working in a local market. If someone needs a hand understanding a land deal or looking for a place to stay, we just tell them what we know. It is a very hands-on job. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck in the office with the fan on. That’s just how it goes in this business.
