Kabulla Real Estate Services

Kabulla Real Estate Services is located in Shop No. 43- 45. We are on the first floor of the U Con Shopy building. It’s right opposite the New Bus Stand, which is a very busy spot. There are always people coming and going, so there’s a lot of noise from the buses and the crowds. It’s a good place for a real estate office because everyone knows where the bus stand is. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our maps and files. We have some chairs for people to sit and talk, but it’s not a luxury lounge. We prefer it that way. It’s practical and honest. Kabulla Real Estate Services is run by a few of us who know the local property scene pretty well. We don’t make big, flashy advertisements. We mostly rely on people walking in or hearing about us from their neighbors. Being at U Con Shopy is convenient for us. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, while other days we are on our feet all afternoon. We don’t have a complicated way of talking about our goals. We just open the shop and help people with their real estate needs as best as we can. It’s a regular business in a busy part of town. The rain sounds quite loud on the roof during the monsoon season, but we stay dry enough inside.
