We are located at 7/89/84 in Sita Rama Nagar. It is a quiet residential area and we like it that way. Madhu Real Estate is basically a small local shop where we help people with their housing needs. There is no big staff here, just us and the records we keep of the houses in the nearby streets. The office is just a room with some old wooden furniture and a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind. We spend a lot of time sitting and talking to the people who live around here because that is how you find out who is planning to move or who has a spare room. Sita Rama Nagar has a lot of families, so we mostly deal with long-term rentals and small family homes. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just a small board so people know where to turn. Sometimes the neighbor's dog sits outside our door and sleeps in the shade. We handle the local paperwork and make sure everything is done the right way according to the local rules. It is a slow pace of life compared to the big city centers, but we have enough work to keep us coming in every morning. We don't promise anything crazy, we just tell people what is available and show them the properties when they have time to look. It is just a regular local business run by people who live right here.
