Mallikarjuna Rao is the main contact at this location. It’s a very industrial kind of area, which makes sense given what we do. The office is functional and gets the job done. We aren't worried about having the latest furniture or a shiny lobby. We care more about making sure the trucks are moving and the orders are correct. Life in Cement Nagar revolves around the work, and we are right in the middle of it. The days can be long and the air is often a bit dusty, but that’s just part of the environment. We have a small crew here and we all know our roles. We don’t use a lot of fancy management talk. We just tell each other what needs to happen and then we do it. It’s a very grounded way of working.
